GoGlaze is a new building company specialising in Home Building projects. The GoGlaze team has decades of construction experience with home and commercial works. Our main aim is to provide energy efficient home refurbishments and new constructions such as Sun Rooms, Home Extensions and A Rated Windows and Door replacements adapting your home to your present and future needs.

Because we have large construction experience greater attention is paid by GoGlazeto Health and Safety issues. GoGlaze uses the same Health, Safety and Risk procedures on all its projects and is fully insured to carry out Construction works.

Home Extensions:

GoGlaze offers bespoke homes extensions to create more living/working space in your home. Adding to the existing space is a cost effective way to make your home more user friendly for your present and future needs.

GoGlaze ​Home Extension site works commences with the foundations, drainage and alterations to suit the new build. The GoGlaze team site project manager will work with the home owner to cause a little disruption to the occupants taking the stress out of the entire construction process. On average time on site is 6 weeks for a typical extension, but we confirm this with you ahead of time. Traditional and Contemporary Extensions, Sunrooms and Garden Rooms designs with pitched or flat roofs Including roof light openings have been completed by GoGlaze.

Replacement Windows & Doors:

The latest uPVC and Aluminium, double and triple glazed windows and doors are supplied by the most reputable manufacturers in Ireland and carry an energy A Rating allowing the homeowner to reduce the homes carbon footprint and reduce running costs.

  • Composite Doors options are available.

  • All of the above fully complying with regulations.

 

On completion

​On completion, the new build and site are cleaned and any snagging issues are attended to. Certification of compliance takes place once after inspection of the finished project.
